The Trebos facility, situated at Tildonk (30 km from
Brussels-Belgium), has stripping lines, annealing
furnaces, modern drawing benches and skinpass lines
making it possible to draw various types of machine
wire in diameters ranging from 1.3 to 16 mm.
Duferco Trebos is a downstream for Duferco La
Louvière for the long products market. The Group is
now positioned in the high added value markets for
bolts and screws, subcontractors for automotive,
household appliance manufacturers and general
industry.
Investments now enable the company to work on high
carbon steels in large diameters, mainly for
subsequent cold forming.
Working with the philosophy of a small but highly
reactive and flexible organization, the unit is able
to offer
drawn steel products in a wide variety of
grades, maintaining the quality of
service which is so widely recognized by its clients.
